Customer Onboarding Specialist

A Tresata Customer Onboarding Specialist (COS), is responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process, gathering necessary information, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients to ensure their needs are met.
As part of our global DevOps team, COS will collaborate closely with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous learning, feedback, and documentation of Tresata Product.


As a COS, you will:

  • Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements, objectives, and their specific use cases.
  • Assist users on required documentation, setting up accounts, and facilitating training sessions.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is created and compliance requirements are met during the onboarding process.
  • Ensure that users are a part of the Tresata community and track  their active engagement on the platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, platform support, and product development, to ensure a smooth handover from sales to onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Provide training and support to users on the Tresata Product.
  • Gather feedback from users throughout the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge base of user interactions, onboarding progress, and any issues encountered, and present regular reports to the stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about updates and changes in the product to ensure the team is well-equipped to address user inquiries. 
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance measures, ensuring that client onboarding adheres to the highest standards.
  • Ad hoc general client support responsibilities 


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management or relevant field required
  2. 4+ years of experience in customer engagement / customer success teams is required, SaaS/Tech industry experience preferred
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Ability to work under pressure with a high level of perseverance.
  5. Strong documentation skills.
  6. Good understanding of Data functions and familiarity with AI
