Global Engagement Manager

A Global Engagement Manager (‘GEM’) is responsible for building, tracking, and evaluating the brand recognition and awareness internationally with the focus of acquiring new product users and establishing strong relationships with the existing customers. GEMs will be responsible for developing and delivering global communications strategies  across our target markets.

As part of our larger global Sales & Marketing team, you will work closely with sales, marketing, delivery and customer success teams to implement campaigns that drive revenue growth.

As a Tresata ‘GEM’, you will:

  • Develop/ execute a Communication strategy aligned to company target markets for digital and offline channels including: SEM/PPC, social, display/retargeting, events, webinars, and offline channels
  • Continually track and report on the Customer Relationship Management metrics to improve the lead gen process and maximize pipeline conversion, conduct customer engagement analysis to determine the effectiveness of all marketing programs, and evolve efforts accordingly
  • Create touchpoints and related content that strengthen Tresata’s brand position and generate qualified leads
  • Execute the marketing plan for customer acquisition, expansion, retention and brand loyalty
  • Develop and Support Client based marketing initiatives along with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance Tresata’s value proposition from the perspective of current and future clients.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Ad hoc general sales and marketing responsibilities


  1. Master’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field required
  2. 3+ years of experience in client engagement required, SaaS/Tech industry experience preferred
  3. Experience in communication strategy, brand management with direct ownership of driving revenue goals
  4. Deep understanding of client engagement and B2B relationship management
  5. Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot required)
  6. Experience in executing successful events both internally and externally
  7. Analytical mindset & critical thinking skills that demonstrate valuable business insights
  8. Clear communication skills and the ability to create engaging content
