WHAT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BRING

• Engages and leverages data intelligence to build various Tresata dashboards and teams
• Assists in the recruiting process including, but not limited to
  • Writing job descriptions and job ads
  • Posting jobs online
  • Participates in job fairs and recruiting events
  • Works collaboratively with teams throughout the interviewing and selection process
  • Managing engagement with global Recruitment Partners
  • Develops salary recommendations
• Assists with onboarding functions for new hires including orientations and certifications
• Assists with all offboarding activities to effectively take care of employee exit process
• Support on Operational Risk Management processes and all associated tasks
• Lead BC/DR activities for all global locations
• Support Bengaluru site level activities – Office space management, Organizing Team events, Hackathon, etc
• Support all HR Engagement activities across all global locations to keep the teams motivated and energized
• Support Vendor/Supplier Management activities
• Responsible for other duties as assigned
